A5 and animal blades
On receipt of your blades, we will inspect and determine if they are suitable to be sharpened.
Blades with 1 broken tooth will be sharpened. Blades with 2 or more broken consequtive teeth will not be sharpened, as this could harm the animal.
Blades are disassembled, cleaned by ultrasonic, sharpened and washed. The socket and spring tension are inspected and reset to factory specifications. Blades are oiled and reassembled, afterwhich they are tested on fine rabbit fur. When we are completely satisfied that the blade cuts correctly and smoothly we will individually bag each blade and return them to you.
Parts that need replacing such as the glide strip, screws, will be replaced at no charge. We charge $10 for a new cutter blade and $5 for tension spring or socket, should it need replacing . All damaged parts are returned to customer. We will also inform you when your blades have reached their sharpening limit.

Dog Grooming Scissors
Scissors are inspected and analysed prior to sharpening. Occasionally scissors will need to be placed under pressure to be straightened and re-adjusted. Extreme care is taken with this procedure however, the breakage of scissors may result. Customers will be immediately notified if this happens.
Clipper Handset repairs
We service most pet grooming clipper handsets and hairdresser clipper handsets, including A5 and 5 in one type. These include Wahl, Andis as well as larger animal clippers for horse, sheep, and alpacas.

please Test your blades upon receiving them
Please test all your blades and equipment upon reciving. We suggest to store clipper blades in a dry place especially if you intend on using them at a latter date. We allow for 10 days after receiving your blades to put forward any issues you may be experiencing with them. Incorrect storage or problems with your handset may affect the quality of your blade performance. We test all blades before dispatching and guarantee your blades will preform.
